Clean up the packaging area and put away everything you used back to where they are stored.
Stamp the dates for all products and pack for each shipper in their corresponsding boxes.
Help with packaging only if the above work can be done on time.
Set penalty for shipper if: 1. quantity of unused product is less than expected; 2. return transferred product ; 3. remove non- expired product; 4. there is overfill; 5. underfill when there is enough products; and others.
Prepare questions and issues to discuss with each shipper.
Send production report and inventory report to Zalo group to update Production Manager.
Seal new products, count, pack in carton boxes, put them in walk- in freezer, and update inventory file.
Enter data for all shippers based on photos in the chat groups.
Pull products from freezer and spread them on tables to thaw. (Try to place each product together so it is easy to count.)
Collect unused and Remove Products from shipper and confirm the quantities are correct.
Do another task assigned by Line Manager from time to time.
Setup the date printer and test it on normal paper first to make sure the dates are correct and the printing quality is good.
