Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant in the Marketing Department provides vital support by handling administrative tasks, coordinating marketing projects, and ensuring smooth operations within the department. This role involves managing schedules, preparing reports, assisting with marketing campaigns, and maintaining efficient communication with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:Handle internal and external communications, including responding to inquiries, forwarding relevant information, and following up on tasks.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Business Development and Sales, to align on marketing strategies and ensure smooth execution.
Assist in preparing for marketing meetings, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow- up notes.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documents related to marketing activities and performance.
Maintain inventory of marketing materials and handle orders for promotional items, ensuring timely restocking.
Manage departmental files and records, ensuring they are organized and up to date.
Support the marketing team in managing social media accounts, content schedules, and marketing materials.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing.
Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and events by managing logistics, timelines, and materials.
Track marketing budgets and expenses, assisting with financial reporting and invoice processing.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including managing schedules, setting up meetings, and handling correspondence.

Requirement:
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
1- 3 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in marketing or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as social media platforms or CRM systems.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
