Administration duty:Be responsible for all administration activities for smoothly working condition.
Responsible for systematic filing system, notarized document safety keeping of private and confidential documents.
Manage all office maintenance: IT, air conditioning, electrical works, furniture, water dispensers, pest control, etc. and co- ordinate renovation works.
Manage all assets and ensure security, cleaning, safety & fire control of the company and coordinate asset requisition, purchase, transfer, disposal and audit.
Arrange for the company business trip & welcome guests (including flight reservation, visa and accommodation arrangements).
Ensure ordering necessary stationary, office utilities and other items following request from managers, teamleaders and BOD
Annually analyze and monitor team’s expenses and operational budget (yearly, quarterly, and monthly).
Budget and payment management:
Planning and estimated monthly & annual budget; plan for saving cost and control expense for GA payment effectively.
Process & manage other arising Payment: Entertainment, Air Ticket, Accomodation Fee & Daily Expense, Flower & Gift
Make report of actual expense monthly; quarterly, yearly.
Process & manage monthly Payment: Company Car, Cellphone, Landline & Internet phone, Post service, Taxi Card, Printing & Photocopy Machine Rental Fee, Name Card & Notarization; Stationary & Office Utilities, training fee and other rental & leasing Fee...
Company event & activities:
Implement Company event: CSR, CSV (donation, supporting Ward, District); Lotte scholarship...
Supporting all activities to motivate employees, create good working environment to enhance team work spirit and co- operation from staff to achieve good production target (workshop, teambuilding, sportday, happy meal, summer vacation...)
Other duties
Support other department activities as required.
Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by BA Manager & Team Leader, General Director.
