Role Description:
This is a full- time on- site role for an Admission Specialist at Rising Stars Edutech. The Admission Specialist will be responsible for communication with potential students, providing customer service, sales activities, student recruiting, and supporting education- related tasks on- site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve student enrollment targets.
• Actively recruit students through various channels and events.
• Communicate effectively with prospective students and their families.
• Collaborate with the education team to support educational initiatives and programs.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Student Enrollment
• Previous experience in the same role in education sector is a big plus
• Bachelor&039;s degree in BA, English Language, Education or related field
• Passion for Education
