Mô tả công việc

Support current students and their families with inquiries, directing them as appropriate according to school policy.
This includes:

Receiving and directing parcels delivered to students and staff
Handling school uniform purchases (including cashier services)
(Issuing/Reissuing) school ID cards
Recording early departures
Reporting absences

Provide ad- hoc administrative support to various school departments (academics, administration) with tasks such as:

Assisting with school events
Communicating with parents on behalf of the academic office and finance department
Monitoring and supporting general operations at the EYC building, including bus services, meal catering, security, and hygiene
Printing
Preparing daily meal reports for the entire school
Supporting daily class attendance checks
Postage and mail handling
Ordering supplies

Admissions Task

Manage and update data on school systems, such as iSAMS/Salesforce, in an accurate and timely manner.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents through the general Admissions phone line, ensuring a positive, straightforward, and engaging experience.
Coordinate the booking of tours and assessments with families, the Admissions team, and the wider school faculty.
Act as an invigilator for both online and offline entrance assessments.
Provide feedback and share best practices with other members of the Admissions team and the wider school community.
Coordinate directly with parents and teaching staff to ensure all necessary information and documents are provided for the completion of the application and enrolment steps in the Parent Experience Journey.
Handle admission leads assigned by managers with the goal of successfully converting prospective families into enrolled students. Create unique and engaging experiences for them.

Yêu cầu công việc

Good cross- cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations.
Experience of working with a CRM system and/or IMS
Minimum 2 years working in a customer- facing role or service delivery sector
Good time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi- functional tasks
You’d like to work in a purpose- led sector.
Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs.
Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
Experience of having worked within a service delivery sector, education sector experiences is a bonus
Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi- functional tasks.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
