Sales
• Fill up classes with students to meet the minimum number of students in each class.
• Be responsible for personal target monthly and yearly;
• Handle student enrollment enquiries;
• Handle product presentations and sales activities of US Dual Program;
Service
• Take care of students for referrals and renewals;
• Record and report accurate and timely information on enquiries, visits and enrolments.
• Follow up outstanding payment of students;
• Well- manage students transfers, refunds, saving fee;
• Arrange schedule, class for students;
• Handle customer complaints and requests;
Training and Management
• Supervise daily tasks of AC team;
• Plan and execute the sales strategic plans as line manager’s requests.
• Train and coach Academic Consultant (AC) team at each center;

• At least 3- 4 years’ experience in sales, counseling, advising and customer service;
• Available for shift working.
• Outgoing personality and strongly self- motivated;
• Professional at training, coaching, management and leadership skills;
• Graduated College/University in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Language or equivalent majors;
• Fluent in English;
• Ability to work independently and under high pressure;
• Excellent communication, presentation and strong at sales skills;
• Strong sales orientation and customer service mindset;
• Experienced in education, overseas consultancy is a plus;
