QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Must be comfortable working with large databases and doing most daily work on the computer.
Strong problem- solving skills.
Efficient time management and prioritizing skills.
At least 2 – 3 years of student recruitment, admissions, or overseas study consultative sales experience.
English level equivalent to IELTS 5.5. Fluency in written and verbal English is critical.
Attention to detail and be highly organized.
Professional email and phone communication is required.
Undergraduate degree in business majors or English.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Hours range from Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 6.00 pm (at the office) and Saturday 8.30 am – 12.00 (work from home)
Full- time
Salary up to CAD800 + Annual bonus

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

RESPONSIBILITIES

Update and maintain a database of students’ information
Process paperwork for accepted students.
Assist in promotional events, and participate in training/ info sessions.
Guide agents through the application and acceptance process.
Examine the current admission process and recommend changes when necessary.
Review students’ applications, revise essays, and assess them according to institutions’ eligibility criteria.
Provide agents with information about the admission process, requirements, and scholarship opportunities, and answer any questions they have.
Submit applications, enroll students, and maintain students’ files and records.
