Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer

AEM Development:

- Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements.

- Implement and customize AEM functionalities based on project specifications.

- Work with AEM Core Components and adapt them to fit specific project needs.

Integration:

- Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems, third- party applications, and external APIs.

- Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow between AEM and backend services.

Content Management:

- Configure and optimize AEM for efficient content management.

- Train and support content creators in using AEM to manage and update digital content.

Performance Optimization:

- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in AEM applications.

- Implement best practices for optimizing website speed and user experience.

Code Review and Quality Assurance:

- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve bugs and issues.

Documentation:

- Create and maintain technical documentation related to AEM development and configurations.

- Provide documentation for code, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross- functional teams, including designers, content creators, and project managers.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.

Stay Updated:

- Keep abreast of the latest trends, updates, and features in AEM and related technologies.

- Continuously improve skills and share knowledge within the development team.

- Knowledge of AEM architecture, installation, and configuration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience as an AEM Developer, with a strong portfolio of AEM projects.
- Experience with AEM building blocks, including templates, components, and workflows.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
Certifications:
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)- AEM Developer certification is a plus.

Annual company trip, if there is any special vacation, will be hold one more time.
Salary will be reviewed 9 months once time per year
Monthly company party.
Bonus for birthday: 500K
13- month salary per year
