Salvia is a leading mobile app specializing in Tarot and Psychic services. We connect users with expert readers globally, offering personalized guidance and insights. As we expand, we&039;re looking for a skilled Performance Marketing to join our team and help us grow our user base through targeted advertising strategies.
We are a small and fast- moving team. Therefore, we need a talent who has a customer- oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and courage to build & grow products from scratch with us.
Responsibilities:
● Manage budgets, bids, and schedules to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
● Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
● Develop, implement, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to drive user acquisition and engagement.
● Analyze ad performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
● Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
● Conduct A/B testing to evaluate ad effectiveness and continuously improve campaign performance.

Requirements:
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data- driven decisions.
● Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
● Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
● Feel at ease when communicating in English
● Proven experience in ad optimization, preferably for mobile apps or digital services.
● Proficiency in using ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
Salary and working time:
• Attractive salary depending on your experience and qualifications
• Location: E- town Central, 11 Doan Van Bo, District 4, HCMC
• Full salary probation, Full SMUI, another allowance
• From Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
