Advance Analytical Consulting, Senior Executive/ Manager

Job Summary:
He/she would also be involved in interpreting briefs in conjunction with client servicing teams, and designing the analytical approach.
As the Senior Executive grows in experience, the profile will require that he/she starts building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and contribute towards improving our analytical solutions and value added insights.
While he/she will be working across domains, their primary areas of working will be in Distribution Analytics and Forecasting.
The Senior Executive/ Manager will be involved in projects from an end to end perspective.
His/her primary responsibilities will be to identify analytic solutions that will answer client questions, execute them error-free and deliver results on time.
Main Accountability:
· Gain expertise in existing analytical solutions
· Ensure quality, insightful and on-time delivery to clients and internal stakeholders
· Manage execution of multiple analyses within project
· Working with different stakeholders - Internal and External
· Managing client expectations
· Help in new client pitches

Typical Position Pre-requisites:
· Working knowledge of Statistical Softwares like SPSS, R
· Smooth & confident communication
· Understanding and working knowledge of basic Statistical techniques like Regression, Cluster and Factor analyses, Significance testing
· Client management skills
· Prior experience in an Analytics/MR field
· Team working skills
· Experience on making excel simulators/dashboards is a plus
