Advanced Financial Analyst - Freight Forwarding company (HCMC)

- Operational KPIs
- Monitor authorized account reconciliation process with RSSC
- Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit processors.
- Group Reportings (Monthy, Quaterly , Yearend, SKFs)
- Group Notes and adhoc Reporting
- Keep records of relevant documents
- Monitoring Job files qualification, WIP/ACR, Accuracy
- Corporate with OPS for Job file qualifications (WIP, ACR, Accuracy)
- CAPEX, FA Monitoring, Controlling per IFRS16, VAS, Group rules
- Analysis administrative expenses
- Gather and verify the accuracy of financial data, check journal entries, and reconcile accounts
- Manage Cash Flow of whole company
- Investment/ROIC
- Analyzing current and past financial data
- Ensuring that companies and organizations have accurate financial records
- Supervise all regular accounting processes, monthly closure accounts.
- Budget and Rolling forecast preparation
- Support Evaluating capital expenditures and asset depreciation (Fix Asset per VAS, IFRS16, Group Rules etc)
- Preparing reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the wider business
- CashFlow Forecasting
- Develop and formulate all report and deliver presentation projects for repeated usage.
- Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information.
- BS reconciliation
- Budget Performance Management
- Resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
- Business case
- Collate bank statements on monthly basis.
- Coordinating with other members of the finance team, such as a risk analyst when required to review financial information and forecasts.
- Internal Audit

A minimum of 3- 5 years of relevant experience in the Logistics industry is preferred.
Considerable
knowledge of:
- Quality focus, willingness to stay on top of up- to- date developments
- A pragmatic approach to work and the ability to be flexible when needed
- Honesty.
- Can make decisions and both keep them and be able to re- evaluate
- Able to handle multiple assignments
- Ability to work independently as well as in a (virtual) team environment
- Vietnamese tax law.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Able to plan and organise own daily and future activities
- Well organized with interest to develop structures, methods and tools
- Administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records.
- Perform detailed numerical work with speed and accuracy and to detect record- keeping and data entry errors
- Ability to set and follow up clear objectives
- Accounting principles and practices (VAS, IFRS16)
- Pro- active, interested in and able to find solutions, able to work within a team. Hands- on attitude towards work, flexible. Strong communication skills.
