Job Summary

MIL Tools Advance Manufacturing Engineering Dept, Reports to Assistant Manager/ Manager.

Responsibilities

Responsible for According to the project plan and fixture demand plan, the development and design of fixture are carried out, and the project engineer is assisted to optimize the fixture design and development, and the 3D / 2D drawings of the fixture are completed on time
Responsible for Research on new structure, new material and new technology of fixture
Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders
Responsible for Summarize design experience, assist department manager to carry out standardization work, design universal and standardized fixture and process for different products; make various fixture design standards and manage drawing documents
Responsible for Kaizen program for continuous improvement, optimum production and consistency quality levels and efficiency.
Responsible for Participate in process evaluation when the new project kickoff, and put forward the risk points according to the product structure, to avoid the risk of modifying the process due to the requirements of fixture change in the later stage
Responsible for Analyze and summarize the abnormal problem points of clamping fixture every week, share the improvement plan, and summarize the easy problem points and good improvement strategies every month as the lesson learning of the Department
Responsible for Analyze the existing problems of the fixture in the production site, and give a reasonable and effective solution to ensure the smooth production
Responsible for Research on new structure, new material and new technology of fixture

Requirements

Years of experience: 5 years or above working experience of production engineering or 1~2 years of fixture design experience, can independently complete the fixture design, has the power tool fixture design, punching cutting fixture, mechanical hand fixture experience is preferred.
Understand the commonly used materials and mechanical properties, such as aluminum, copper, steel, bakelite, steel, glass fiber
Academic: Bachelor degree or above in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.

Special knowledge

Production management knowledge
Familiar with AutoCAD, Solidworks, UG, in prefer.
Engineering management.
Knowledge of PFMEA, DFA, DFM

Other skills

Good cooperation and management skills, teamwork oriented, proactive/initiative attitudes, can work independently with high pressure
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, strong analytical skills, scheming and organizational skills
Perfect in using MS office.
Fluent spoken and written English
