Responsibilities:
Engage in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential merchants to secure their partnership and integration onto the Seek Sophie platform.
Contribute to assessing business needs and take proactive steps to introduce new categories and revenue streams.
Develop a robust pipeline to acquire activity operators in Vietnam for the Seek Sophie platform using diverse channels such as email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and direct outreach methods; comprehensively understand their offerings, business models, and alignment with the platform.
Occasionally travel to various Asian countries to conduct on- the- ground research and identify optimal experiences for inclusion on the Seek Sophie platform.
Cultivate and maintain relationships and partnerships with merchants, ensuring their performance contributes to expanding the Seek Sophie merchant network and driving company revenue growth.
Eligibility Requirements:
Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively close deals.
Willingness and ability to travel away from your home city or country for periods of up to 1- 3 weeks at a time.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Resourcefulness is essential, as you will often need to devise practical solutions to complex challenges in a small company setting.
Demonstrated proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese; proficiency in any other Asian languages is advantageous.

Capable of building and nurturing relationships with key accounts and partners.
Possess 2- 5 years of experience in business development, account management, sales, or a related field.
