Advertising Assistant (Chinese Fluent)(Salary Range: 800 -1200 USD)

The Junior Performance Marketing Executive supports the performance marketing team in executing and monitoring campaigns. This entry- level role focuses on learning and applying digital marketing principles to contribute to campaign success.
* Support in the development of creative briefs and ad copy.
* Monitor and track campaign budgets to ensure adherence to planned spending, reporting any discrepancies.
* Assist Senior Performance Marketing Executive with report preparation.
* Assist in setting up and managing performance marketing campaigns under the guidance of senior team members.
* Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.

* Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Detail- oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Self- motivated and eager to learn and grow.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* 1- 2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
* Good understanding of digital marketing channels.
* Fluent in Chinese (HSK5 and above)
* Bachelor&039;s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
