Advisor, Strategic Partnership Management Techcombank

Job Purpose
- The job holder supports the Strategic Partnership Management Function that maximizes the value of strategicpartnerships by securing privileged access and/or strategic capabilities. Works with internal TCB stakeholdersand strategic partners to accelerate execution of the Bank&039;s 5- Year Strategic Plan. Scope of work may includeidentification and engagement with potential partners and/or deployment and monitoring of existingpartnerships.
Key Accountabilities
Plan activities, manage/ monitor and direct implementation of professional activities of the unit:
- Scan and connect: scan environment, short list potential partners, connect with stakeholders
- Structure and secure: understand what add/destroys value for the partnership, support negotiations, secureapprovals
- Onboard and implement: facilitate contract adoption, terminate advisor contracts, prepare communication forrelease to media
- Manage and review: set up governance, identify and monitor drivers in contract, resolve blockers
Perform other tasks as requested by Head of Strategic Partnership Management

Success Profile- Qualification and Experiences
Domain expertise:
- Effective contributor as a team member or team leader to accomplish a common objective
- Competent in understanding value drivers, evaluating commercial opportunities, negotiating contracts,managing partnerships
- Previous roles in financial services, consulting, and/or investment banking working on large commercialtransactions
- 15+ years of relevant work experience identifying, structuring and securing partnerships and then managingpartnerships to create significant value
- Proficient in English; evidenced by graduation from a university program taught in 100% English or a minimumscore IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL 650 or equivalent
- Able to work independently in an unstructured and ambiguous environment
Qualifications:
- Preference will be given to candidates with master&039;s/MBA degrees from foreign universities.
- Graduated with a Bachelor degree or higher, majoring in economics, finance, business.
