- Observe mechanical devices while in operation and tune in for issues by utilizing accuracy and inspection instruments.
- Troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
- Ensure the maintenance of production and quality by guaranteeing the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Document processes and maintain mechanical guideline.
- Develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
Support to Admin ordering the machine, oven, tools & equipment
- GMS machine and Equipment management.
- Make monthly/ quarterly maintenance, repair history and equipment list for GMS machine and equipment.
- Support to Admin to check the model, capacity and ordering the machine, oven, tools & equipment, electric.
Plan and implement tool & equipment facilitating for store
- Optimize mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.

- Monitor the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
Guide & train to use safety machine, oven, electric, tool& equipment to store staff
- Train staff on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.
- Follows and guide to staff follow manufacturer’s instructions, engineering specifications, sketches, operation manuals, and diagrams, to diagnose and troubleshoot abnormalities.
- Maintenance a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations.
Building safety
- Make periodic safety reports for related department.
- Conduct HSE internal audits base on FM programs.
- Follow up the firefighting safety training courses for employees, firefighting drills according to local law and customers.
- Responsible for tracking all issues related safety building: firefighting systems issues, Electrical system, Gas systems....
- Manage contractors and monitor issues and corrective plan.
- Regularly supervise and check the workplaces on: fire safety, electricity, machinery…
Operation and Maintenance
- Continues Improvement by technical proposal, solution on Energy Saving including: Equipment investment and Operation Efficiency
- Conduct follow up and monitoring on maintenance program including: yearly maintenance plan, LCC and History Repair
- Manage Building system as: Electrical, HVAC, FF, WWT….
- Perform evaluation Contractor yearly.
- Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants
- Perform report monthly, quarterly and yearly following with Company regulation
- Supervise Contractor/ Supplier perform maintenance and replacement and repairing activities
- Contractor management who take responsibilities on Building operation and maintenance daily.
