[AEON Xuân Thủy] QC (Quality Control) - Division Leader

- Trước khai trương Aeon Xuân Thủy: Làm việc/đào tạo tại Aeon Long Biên 27 Cổ Linh hoặc Aeon Hà Đông khu đô thị Dương Nội Hà Đông
- Sau khai trương (dự kiến 10/2024): 122- 124 Xuân Thủy, Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội

Supporting Store- Support store in food safety hygiene improvement.- Carry out the report related to 5S at store.- Conducting training on food safety and hygiene for Foodline staff.
Other duties- Make periodical and ad- hoc report on foods safety and hygiene as required.- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Manager/Executive- QC
Rules & Regulations- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.- Check, monitor, remind and guide Group Leader to follow the rules and regulations.
Quality control activities- Check the periodical food safety hygiene at store- Analyze the result of checking food safety hygiene, propose the improvement plan for each division of store.- Summarize the monthly report on quality control in store.- Follow up other programs (PMP, 5S, equipment calibration, water testing, food safety & hygiene training, health examination ...) according to regulation requirements.- Keep in touch with local authority organizations to get the necessary information, supports or documents as well as to follow up and carry out the designated tasks.
Manpower management- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.- Check, monitor, remind and guide Group Leader to follow the rules and regulations.

Good command of English (both verbal and written).
University degree, preferably in food chemistry or technology faculties
Self disciplined with ability to work at nigh shift and under high pressure
Good communication, listening and negotiation skills
Computer literacy: Excel, Word, Power Point
Have knowledge on standards of quality systems in food area (GMP/HACCP/ ISO9000/5S/, ...).
Minimum 03 year working in quality assurance / quality control / fresh foods receiving / fresh
