[AES] Event Marketing Executive

As an Event Marketing Executive at our school, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing events to enhance our brand visibility, engage with our community, and achieve our educational goals. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to connect with diverse audiences will be essential.
Event Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies aligned with the school’s objectives.
- Identify relevant events, including open houses, parent- teacher conferences, student performances, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with school leadership to determine key events and prioritize participation.
Execution and Logistics:
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and vendor management.
- Oversee event registration, attendance tracking, and follow- up communication.
- Ensure seamless execution of events, considering attendee experience and safety.
Promotional Material and Branding:
- Leverage social media and other channels to promote events within the school community.
- Create compelling event materials, such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Maintain consistent branding across all event- related communications.
Community Engagement:
- Seek feedback and continuously improve event experiences.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, students, faculty, and staff.
- Encourage active participation in school events.
Measuring Success:
- Prove the return on investment (ROI) for event marketing efforts.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each event by tracking metrics such as attendance, engagement, and feedback.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- At least 3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles (working experience in agency or in education industry is an advantage).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Degree level qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for event promotion.
