Affiliate Management Executive

The Digital Services team provides e- commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e- commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle- free experience.
Incorporating Independent Creators into Affiliate Selling Programs

Engage Independent Creators:Establish connections with potential creators and invite them to participate in our collaborative affiliate selling programs.
Discuss collaboration terms, outline partnership requirements, and facilitate the signing of contracts

Management and Operations for Creators

Collaborate with team members to manage the progress of sales projects: track sample shipments, confirm creator live stream or short video schedules, collect delivered content, and handle creator commission settlements.
Match suitable creator partners based on the products of affilliate selling program.
Communicate commission distribution and content creation guidelines with creators.

Creator Community Management

Organize campaigns within the creator community, such as sharing promoted products and educating on how to manage the sales process using LC tools or creating content.
Maintain the engagement of existing creators.
Work closely with partners to organize initiatives that recommend and introduce new creators.

Having a strong awareness of live selling and e- commerce business scenarios.
Demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude with strong execution capabilities.
Bachelor&039;s degree or above, with 2- 3 years of KOL/creators operations experience in the e- commerce or the live streaming industry.
Curiosity and fast learning ability, willing to explore new directions and continuously monitor the latest market trends and developments.
Strong communication and cross- departmental collaboration skills, able to work with product and marketing departments to solve problems and complete tasks.
Fluent in spoken English

Experienced in Managing or Collaborating with Content Creators:

Priority will be given to applicants with matured experience in establishing collaborations and effective communication with content creators.
Experience in recruiting, managing, and nurturing KOLs/creators in an MCN company is preferred.

Familiarity with Affiliate Selling Programs:

Preference for candidates who are well- versed in affiliate selling initiatives and have been responsible for or participated in such projects in previous roles.
