Affiliate Manager

Reporting to the
Head of Service & Solution
you will be responsible for :

Affiliate Marketing via TikTok/Influencer Affiliate:
Identify and recruit high- performing influencers and affiliates who align with our brand values and objectives.
Be responsible for creating affiliate marketing plan to promote multiple affiliate products to attract new customers via top creators.
Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that promotes affiliate products effectively.
Campaign Management:
Plan and manage a comprehensive campaign calendar aligned with brand and partner activities, focusing on peak seasons of TikTokshop.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
E- Merchandising:
Regularly update and maintain product listings to reflect current promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal changes.
Oversee the appearance and positioning of products and brands on the homepage and category pages
Ensure that all digital merchandising efforts align with the brand’s strategy and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate marketing professionals.
Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Foster a collaborative and results- driven team environment.

To succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, particularly with TikTok and influencer affiliates.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Experience in campaign management and e- merchandising.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of e- commerce, digital marketing, and social media trends.
