As an Affiliate Manager, you will lead the online sales strategy for AdStart Media&039;s Affiliate Program. You will recruit and manage top affiliates, build strong relationships with them, and optimize their performance across various performance models and traffic types. You will also use your online marketing expertise to implement best practices and drive results.
You should have a solid background in affiliate and programmatic advertising, hands- on experience with key platforms and tools and a passion for growing our business. YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
Negotiate various payout models with affiliates, such as CPI, CPA (CPR, CPS, CPT, CPE) models.
Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and profit targets.
Analyze reports and feedback to improve strategies and campaigns.
Manage and optimize campaigns across CPI, CPA (CPR, CPS, CPT, CPE) models.
Collaborate with the product development team to identify and promote high- performing offers.
Possess an AdNetwork mindset with a focus on performance optimization and strategic growth.
Screen affiliates for fraud prevention.
Travel to trade shows to network and close deals.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key affiliates and networks.
Set and manage revenue growth goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Handle an average of 10 clients, with the flexibility to manage up to 20% more.
Train and mentor junior staff members.
Research and analyze industry trends and opportunities.
Find and recruit top affiliates and publishers in relevant niches.
Work with both non- incentivized and incentivized (rewarded/offerwalls) traffic types.
Consult with affiliates regularly to help them optimize their performance and promote additional products/ services.
YOUR ATTRIBUTES:
Highly organized and exceptional time management
Ability to build reports and tables in Google Sheets and Excels
3+ years of prior experience in Media or Affiliate Marketing.
Proficient in campaign setup, tracking URLs, and integrations (API / S2S).
Comfortable working with p360, raw data reports, and understanding ROI/ROAS.
Positive outlook and ability to influence and persuade others in a positive manner
English fluency is a must.
Knowledge of the difference between VTA and impressions- only passing.
Experience with SaaS platforms like Affise, Everflow, Swaarm, etc., is a MUST.
Strong working knowledge of Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Singular, and Adjust is a MUST.
Solid knowledge of CTA (Click- through Attribution) and VTA (View- through Attribution) concepts.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, particularly in affiliate marketing and programmatic advertising.
In- depth understanding of metrics, KPIs, optimizations, and macros/parameters.
Familiarity with CTV, OneLinks, and Agency Handshakes is a plus.
