Affiliate Marketing Manager

Outcubator is seeking a highly motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager to help the team manage and strengthen relationships with its affiliate partners in Vietnam. The individual will be responsible for helping to develop new traffic sources and growth through strategic partnerships by identifying new business opportunities between Outcubator and various industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement joint promotion to achieve business goals, such as new member acquisitions, app downloads, or product promotions
• Manage the day- to- day operations of multiple affiliate programs.
• Ensure all partnership deals are communicated effectively to internal teams to ensure follow- through on partners’ needs
• Manage and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners to optimize their sales conversion, develop incentive programs to motivate partners, negotiate placements, and secure added value
• Recruit new affiliate partners by market research, keyword analysis, and upcoming trends.
• Work with internal teams to create a solid partnership plan to drive development and expansion • Manage weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate the performance of programs, and recommend improvements.

We would love to hear from you if you possess:
• Knowledge of and experience working with Affiliate Networks in Vietnam.
• Connections with social media influencers and developing brand partnerships
• Advanced English skill
• 5 years of marketing experience ideally from affiliate management experience
• Good understanding of the paid marketing landscape and best practices.
