After- Sales And Business

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled After Sales candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support. Candidate will be expected to handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical problems. Provide information in a timely manner to align with Head office to provide solutions to customer. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting issues, providing feedback to the product development team.

Office location: Hanoi, Vietnam (can work from home if there are no after- sales matters).
No gender limit, bachelor&039;s degree or above, Age Limit: 20- 40 years old.
Provide feedback to improve product quality and customer experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Strong communication skills, logical thinking ability, and adaptability.
Complaint management, follow up with customer to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily and report to manager.
Has product quality awareness and can independently handle customer matters with priority, Handling of complaints and warranty cases.
Priority given to Vietnamese locals and those who own private cars.
Proficient in using office software, proficient in Vietnamese, Mandarin, etc.
Job responsibilities:
Multiple customer issues simultaneously, manage and prioritize, inform to manager, other work arrangements arranged by superiors.
Assist our company&039;s technical or quality personnel in translating to Vietnam.
Search for target customer groups in Vietnam or assist our business in visiting Vietnamese customers.
Timely handle and close customer complaints from our Vietnamese clients (mainly related to our quality and technical coordination).
