Our creative & dynamic team is looking for an
Account Manager
to manage 360- degree IMC campaigns with the key roles and responsibilities as follows:
_Roles & Responsibilities_
Have a really in- depth understanding of business issues and clients’ needs to develop brands that address the business requirements.
Play the key role in connecting smoothly between Clients and internal teams, as well as other stakeholders.
Lead, develop and implement 360- degree communication plans. Manage clients’ expectation and satisfication on a high standard.
Control client’s budget and revenue- cost, to ensure the required profitability.
Continuously strengthen the relationship between THE PURPOSE GROUP with clients and business partners and enforce the agency’s culture and values.
Develop case studies that build the agency’s credential and reputation.
Regularly report the business results, and business performance to clients and related stakeholders in the agency.
Guide, train and inspire team members under supervision to be qualified for company business need; manage team’s workload and performance; give feedback and direction in timely manner periodically.
_Candidate Profile_
We would like to hear from those who have:
Solid account management experience in working with clients of multiple categories from a business benefit perspective.
A self- starter with a positive and can- do attitude in a fast- paced environment; be level- headed, dependable, and calm to deal and solve problems.
Minimal 5+ years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or communication capacity, with a must- have in handling integrated communication.
A killer account management skillset built on a keen understanding of marketing, brand- building, and disciplines of Advertising, PR, Social, Event, Digital… IMC advertising experience is preferred.
Proven leadership skill.
Appreciation for detail and follow- through, great time management and multi- tasker.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a team- player.
