[Agency] Art Director

Job Responsibilities
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience;

• Produce rough sketches, storyboards to visualize ideas;

• Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions;

• Supervise vendors and production parties such as photographers, illustrators, artists, or film- makers… to work on projects.

• Ensure smooth work process and art quality from concept to final execution within deadlines to meet Clients’ expectations;

• Generate clear ideas and concepts with the Copywriter & Design team to develop the communication plan and execution;

• Present ideas in terms of art to internal and external team as well as clients;

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a professional advertiser in agencies, working for various categories of brand;

• Fluent in English (especially speaking and writing);

• Demonstrate the ability and desire to work independently and be a team player;

• Be highly creative in doing branding, packaging, and production supervision across IMC channels;

• Tech- savvy and update trend;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;

• Be proactive, highly motivated, result- oriented;

• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools;

• Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well;

• Be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;

• Be able to see and face other people&039;s points of view.
