Agency Compliance Senior Executive

Work closely with Agency force and relevant functions, departments for purposes of monitoring agents’ compliance with internal regulations.
Handling/ assist Agency Compliance Part Leader handling violation cases of agency force; interview agents and provide cases assessment reports.
Analyze data on agent activites to verify, handle violations and prevent agent violations.
Be able to organize/chair meetings and ensure to provide appropriate and efficient solutions for these cases.
Handle/coordinate with relevant departments handle all customers’ complaints against sale force and investigate violation cases of sales force in a timely manner.
Conduct onsite checking on sales office/GAs.
Provide professional advice and feedback in relation to agency compliance.
Compile/ assist Agency Compliance Part Leader in compiling compliance training materials and forms/templates for Agency Compliance work.
Understand the Company’s system and procedures of Agency Compliance as well as related functions/departments to come up with accurate and appropriate solutions and ensure customer benefits are protected.
Be able to negotiate, be confident and independent during the process of investigation and handling violations.

Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
Proactive, well- organized, and able to meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and ability to detect compliance gaps.
Willingness to travel occasionally for branch or agency audits or training
Skilled in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in an agency- based business model (e.g., insurance, real estate, financial services) is preferred.
Good writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the agency force, staff and management.
2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or legal functions.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
