We are looking for a creative
Designer
(mid- level) who enjoys working in a fast- paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers “click”, with the key roles and responsibilities as follows:
_Roles & Responsibilities_
Reviewing final layouts with art director(s) and suggesting improvements if required.
Liaising with external printers regularly to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
Working with clients, briefing & advising them about proposal style, format, print production & timescales.
Developing graphics and layouts for product illustrations with advice from the art director...
Preparing rough drafts of material based on the agreed brief.
Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.
Liaising with the client service team to determine customer requirements and budget.
Designing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print, and production.

Qualifications and Training Required:
Print and digital media management.
Advertising and marketing communications.
Visual communication and design.
Art/Fine Arts/Media arts.
Key Skills:
Professionalism, integrity & transparency.
Proven competence in design and image processing software.
A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints.
Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
Being proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign… or other visual design and wire- framing tools.
An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
Have strong interpersonal skills and be a team player.
3+ years of experience in agencies is an advantage.
You should have a positive and can- do attitude, be level- headed, dependable, and calm under pressure; capable of winning the respect and trust of clients and demonstrating leadership to manage creatives and suppliers.
