[Agency] Senior Designer

Responsibilities

- Support Art Director working with Account team to get debrief of clients, visual objectives and other requirements about key message and branding strategy;
- Visual production which conveys key message of brand mood and tones effective branding angles and strategy;
- Take part in brainstorming with team to produce ideas/concept based on creative brief; visualize ideas into an appealing presentation deck;
- Present ideas and concepts in internal and with clients when required;
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts;
- Advice client & internal team about visual solution in campaign;
- Other related tasks upon request.

Requirements

- Always keep up- to- date with industry best- practice, new technologies, and trends;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate.
- Major in graphic designer or multi- media designer;
- Knowledge in Sketch, After Effect, Video Editing, UI/UX, film/video making is an advantage;
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a can- do attitude;
- Proficient in using graphic design tools (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD…);
- At least 4 years of experience performing as a Designer in agencies;
- Clear, creative, and supportable;
- Had experience and artistic mindset of various categories in advertising industry;
- Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects;
