_Roles & Responsibilities_
As a Senior Social & Content Executive at PURPOSE.ANT, you will be responsible for the ideation, development, and execution of comprehensive content strategies; and also manage performance tracking of social media platforms across a diverse portfolio of brands.
SOCIAL CONTENT PLANNING & CREATION:
Plan and execute social content calendar ensuring social content is engaging, and consistent with the brand’s guidelines and campaign message.
Not only follow trends — but also seek opportunities to create trends that set the brand apart.
Understand client feedback constructively and adjust content with flexibility and strategic clarity.
Work closely with the internal teams and 3rd parties on the development of social media strategies (Owned Channel and Social Outreach), tactics, and content plan.
Collaborate with Creative & Account to ensure the best deliverable on time to Clients.
Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensure they are followed.
Understand creative direction and be able to provide content direction for social channels on various platforms to deliver the campaign message successfully.
Be at the forefront of the social trends, memes, pop culture references, and digital behaviors.
SOCIAL MEDIA PERFORMANCE:
Deliver all types of performance evaluations, tracking, and reports on campaign/ weekly/ monthly basic by channel: Paid- Owned- Earned channels, Social Out- reach channels; by type (Content, Creative, Community, Competitor, Campaign, etc.) to evaluate the performance of brands on social media and suggest solutions to improve the campaigns.
Research and analyze social media trends, ad revenue, and visitor data in campaign- by- campaign to improve the brand’s social media performance and the efficacy of their campaigns.
Brief & work with 3rd parties (media, social listening, social management platform, community, research) to crawl and process all relevant data, consolidate reports, and give final learnings and recommendations from strategic communication POV.
COMMUNITY & ADVOCACY MANAGEMENT:
Escalate possible issues or concerns to internal and external stakeholders based on our response protocol.
Review the community’s conversation (comments, inbox, replies, and posts to the fanpage) in a quick and timely manner.
Initiate creation, conception, and presentation of community & advocacy strategy.

Strong analytical, planning, organizational, problem- solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to meet project KPI.
At least 4- 5 years of experience in planning and directly executing social campaigns (client or agency).
High attention to detail, careful, hard- working.
Operate with discipline ensuring timely deliverables.
Effectiveness of team collaboration.
Good sense of social content and social trends.
Excellent grasp of social media metrics and best practices.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Deep knowledge of social nature, social planning, and social media performance.
