Job Description:
To conduct Basic Financial Course for potential candidates to ensure the following KPIs
First month activity ratio
Online test passing ratio
To conduct post BFC course – both knowledge and skillset for existing agents to uplift their sale capabilities.
To provide sale support activities to the office/ GA in-charge to meet monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sale target including.
Career Opportunity Presentation
Join field work
1:1 mentoring
Sale Seminar
To contribute to the development of self and others through:
Designing mini sharing topics for Office/GA incharge
Sharing topics on KMS system
To complete paper work with accuracy and timely manner including post-class documentation, report, filing

Job Requirement:
Experience in adult training/ teaching is a plus
Basic knowledge in Life Insurance including: overview of agency activities, basic knowledge about agency training activities
Experience at least 3 years in Life Insurance industry
Working in team effectively
Good communication
University graduation, majoring in Insurance/ Economics/ Pedagogy is preferred
Good presentation skill
Working independently with limited instructions from supervisor
