Agent - Inventory Controller

Working Place: Mainly working in warehouse: Di An, Binh Duong.
The Job:

Developing and implementing inventory control process and practices.
Processing and documenting damaged inventory and coordinating repairs or disposal
Records all transactions & movements in document and database record form
Performs physical cycle count of inventory including daily/monthly and annual stock count.
Forecasting supply needs based on trends and demand patterns for warehouse solution design purpose
Performing regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
Identifying and resolving discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts
Coordinating the warehouse operation of stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to inventory control
Support other product teams in operations tasks when required
Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out- of- stock (OOS).
Liaising and negotiating with vendors and customer to ensure the quality of stock purchases.
Generating reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems.
Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed for all Distribution Service customer accounts.

Knowledge:

At least 2 years experiences in Warehouse / Contract logistic service provider
Bachelor&039;s degree/ College degree or equivalent qualifications

Good English communication
Excellence Microsoft office skills
Able to work well in team, under high pressure and tight deadline
Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.
