Agronomist Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Implement different trials related to germination, planting in office scale; Coordinate with third parties to set up pot trials, field trials for different fertilizers on different crops.
· Other tasks according to the business’ needs.
· Liaison with the head office in researching, planning, and developing new export products from overseas. Train and transfer plants/crops knowledge for relevant departments.
· Support sales department on sales demonstration, marketing activities, and business development (i.e. suggesting new fertilizer demands from the market, updating trends and new applications, etc.)
· Work on necessary fertilizer license applications according to latest regulations in Vietnam.
· Liaison with the head office in quality control, certification, and other quality assurance for the products.
· Be responsible for the design of fertilizers application and dosages on different crops/plants, different land type and farming area in tropical agricultures.

REQUIREMENTS
· Less than 30 years old.
· Strong knowledge in plant crop sciences and hands- on experiences in field trial and application of organic fertilizer products in different crops.
· Fluent English communication, good presentation skills, and being good at making and checking reports. Ability to communicate to farmers, dealers, local agronomic department effectively.
· Minimum 2 years working experience in related positions.
· Computing proficiency, data analysis.
· Must reside in Ho Chi Minh city, ability to travel intensively on the jobs.
· Bachelor/Master or higher education in agriculture, plant agronomy.
· Comfortable with and excited to work in a fast- developing environment.
· Highly energetic self- starter, able to think outside the box and work independently.
