Agronomy Manager

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an Agronomy Manager (Fruit, $2200, ID-12556)

Ensuring inputs are in stock and available on time.
Conduct quality assurance on crop performance and planting results and advise on crop yields at maturity.
Work closely with farm management team and agronomists to develop new crop monitoring strategies and methods, with a view to providing the latest agronomic advice through current technologies that maximize crop production.
Build monitoring and feedback systems to track the performance of farmers and agronomists, and evaluate and improve farmer farm management and improve the performance of agronomists
Ensure full compliance with company guidelines for corporate social responsibility, environment, health and safety.
Managing substantial acreage over multiple site locations, and industry segments, the farming sector of The company&039;s Farms through planning and continuous improvement strategies.
Provide support to the farming operations through the monitoring and reporting of crops.
Assist with the reporting and documentation of research results based on new varieties and field trials.
Provide relevant technical support and training to staff and farmers for enhanced productivity & continuous improvement.
Planning and coordinating fruit Production to meet production and product quality requirements.

Good command of English
At least 03 years of working in the same position with 10 years of experience as an Agronomist in a sourcing system
Deep knowledge and experience of (organic) fruit production systems and fruit farming with GlobalGAP compliant (fruit) farming
Graduated with Bachelor degree or above with a major in Agronomy, Horticulture or other related majors
Male/Female, Age: 35-50 years old
