Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
Coordinate with the Assistant Manager for the design, research and development as requirements of production, arrange personnel to finish assembly and maintenance of equipment, coordinate design/research and development/modifications to put forward opinions and suggestions proactively.
Job Purpose﹕
Communicate with suppliers and follow up equipment installation process and solve technical issue happened.
Summarize the progress of current production equipment, technical issue and solutions to supervisor.
Working with Mechanical engineer for research & development, design feasible machinery or related device according to production needs with completed electronic control, hydraulic schematics and electric layout.
Write control program according to the various actions, performance and safety indicators of the required equipment.
Arrange and coordinate daily work with Mechanics and Electric Technicians.
Key Results/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success rate of research and development projects.
Timeliness and accuracy of research and development record.
Cost- benefit contribution to the factory.

Education & Qualification Requirements
Major in engineering background (mechatronic, automation or robotic)
University or above
Technical competency Requirements
Engaged in automation industry for more than three years, working experience with significant result in design and development. Experience in garment textile industry is a plus.
Experience Requirements
Basic understanding of interconnecting software/ programs between IOT devices.
Knowing English or Chinese is a plus.
Basic understanding of operating mechanism and automation of industrial robotics (e.g AGV, Cobot,…).
Proficient in electrical design, HMI and PLC programing.
Proficient in the use of technical drawing such as AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks.
Able to construct a reasonable, movement and energy saving mapping for AGV routing.
