AI Academic Trainer (Senior/Lead)

MathGPT is our newest AI- powered product with the mission to innovate how students learn and /instructors learn/teach by providing a comprehensive AI- native learning platform. Data Labeling is at the heart of it and is currently managed by the Operations team. You’ll join a super fun and hard- working group that is utterly passionate about our mission.
The Core Job

Lead and manage a team of talented labeling specialists by providing mentorship and guidance in day- to- day tasks and projects.
Work closely with the AI & Product team to continuously improve the labeling quality and processes through the application of AI.
Contribute as a thought leader in solving operational challenges.
Serve as on- the- ground leader focused on labeling/developing the academic & technical content of the product for our Hanoi- based team, covering math (Algebra, Calculus, Statistics) & science subjects (Chemistry, Biology)

You should have

BA/BS degree from a top school with at least 4+ years of working experience in a related field (education/operations/IT).
Excellent written and spoken English (IELTS >= 7.5 or TOEIC >= 900 or equivalent)
Problem- solving and can- do- attitude
Exposure to the US education system is a plus
Leadership experienced.
Great knowledge of math subjects (Stats, Cal) & coding skills

Extra Bonus Points for

Previous experience with data labeling.
Experience working with fast- moving, agile startups.
