AI Developer

As an AI Developer, you will be a core contributor to our engineering team, focusing on the development and implementation of our AI Agent systems. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers to build, test, and deploy robust AI solutions. This role is ideal for a developer with hands- on experience who is eager to tackle interesting challenges in the AI space and grow their skills.
Responsibilities:

Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay current with emerging AI technologies and frameworks. Contribute ideas and participate in research spikes to help improve our platform.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Write unit and integration tests for your code and participate in debugging and quality assurance processes to ensure system stability and accuracy.
Contribute to Orchestration Engine: Develop and maintain key components within our orchestration engine, helping to ensure the smooth execution of AI task workflows.
Implement AI Model Integrations: Write code to integrate and manage various Large Language Models (LLMs) within our platform, focusing on reliable data processing and API interactions.
AI Agent Development: Actively participate in the design and development of new features for AI Agents, translating specifications into high- quality, efficient code.

Yêu cầu công việc

Good problem- solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Working knowledge of essential development tools like Git and Docker.
Hands- on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, Langgraph, LlamaIndex or AutoGen.
Basic understanding of microservices architecture concepts.
Experience with training or fine- tuning machine learning models is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure).
1- 3 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on building AI/ML- powered applications.
Experience with building or consuming RESTful APIs.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
Strong programming skills in Python and a solid understanding of its data science ecosystem (e.g., NumPy, pandas).
Solid communication skills and a proactive, team- oriented attitude.
