AI Engineer (Junior/Middle)

- Analyze requirements and design data pipelines for processing, training, and deploying AI models.
Preprocess image, video, and text data from various sources.
- Train and fine- tune models in Computer Vision (CV), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs) according to task needs.
- Deploy models via APIs for inference (using gRPC, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes when necessary).
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Document technical specifications, progress reports, and model performance evaluations.
- Continuously research new AI trends and technologies, and proactively propose/apply them to our projects.
- Contribute creative ideas to upgrade and improve existing AI solutions.
- Experiment with and evaluate new algorithms and AI models to find the most efficient and effective approaches for specific problems.

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in AI or related roles.
- Strong in problem- solving, independent research, and teamwork.
- Proficient in Python; familiar with PyTorch, OpenCV, HuggingFace, Scikit- learn.
- Solid foundation in CNNs, YOLO, Transformers, and Attention.
- Experience processing image/video/text data (e.g., OCR, tokenization, resizing).
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and models like YOLOv5/v7/v10, CLIP, Whisper.
- Able to deploy and optimize models on server/cloud (ONNX, TensorRT, NVIDIA Triton).
- Experienced with FastAPI/gRPC, Docker, Git, and basic DevOps.
- Good English reading skills (especially technical docs).
- GitHub portfolio or real- world projects.
- Familiar with monitoring (TensorBoard, Weights & Biases).
- Understanding of vector DBs (Qdrant, Faiss) and RAG/chatbot frameworks (LangChain, Ollama, etc.)
- Experience with Sentence Transformes
