JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven AI Lead to:
Implement backend services using Python, integrate AI models, and work with web frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
Write clean, maintainable code, upgrade existing systems, and stay updated with emerging technologies.
Conduct model evaluation, testing, and optimization, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, gather user feedback, and iteratively enhance model outputs.
Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of deployed models.
Build and deploy proprietary and open- source LLMs as RESTful APIs on GPUs, using frameworks like LangChain and Autogen.
Develop APIs and tools for generative models, applying RAG, Agentic AI architectures, and prompt engineering techniques.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record in developing and deploying web applications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in overall development, and more than 6 months in GenAI development
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in English with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, along with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes and Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems like Git are a plus.
Experience in leadership and integrating AI models into web applications
Adaptability and mindset to learn new technologies.
