AI/ML Engineering Manager Python,AI,OOP

Objective:

Work with large datasets, build and optimize AI systems and collaborate with software engineers and data scientists.
Design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence solutions, including machine learning models and algorithms.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and select appropriate tools, frameworks and platforms for AI development and deployment
Collaborate with cross- functional teams (Software, DevOps, Product) to integrate AI models into production systems
Design, develop and deploy AI/ML models for applications in Generative AI, Computer Vision and predictive analytics
Document system architecture, workflows and technical decisions
Fine- tune and customize LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA,…) for internal use cases such as document processing, chatbots and knowledge automation
Develop computer vision models for object detection, quality inspection, anomaly detection
Build and deploy AI Agents using frameworks such as Google AI Development Kit (ADK), LangChain, and other state- of- the- art tools
Design and implement recommender systems (content- based, collaborative filtering, hybrid approaches)
Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements based on real- world data
Build and deploy forecasting models (time series, demand prediction, trend analysis,…).

Yêu cầu công việc

Familiarity with MLOps, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker)
Proficiency in Python programming, Object- Oriented Programming (OOP) and data structures & algorithms
Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields.1+ years of experience in Generative AI (LLMs, Diffusion models, Prompt Engineering), machine learning and deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers,…), NLP and computer vision
Proven experience in developing and refining prompts for AI applications
Experience with Retrieval- Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques is highly desirable
Experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow) and LLM platforms/ APIs (e.g. OpenAI GPT) and tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of data pipeline tools and APIs for integration (RESTful APIs, ETL tools)
Publications or contributions to open- source AI/ML projects is a plus
