We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This role involves tackling complex data challenges, developing predictive models, and extracting valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
Mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Lead the data- driven decision- making process, from data collection and analysis to implementation and monitoring of solutions.
Manage data science projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning, continuously improving our methodologies and technologies
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to understand business challenges and objectives, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models to solve complex problems,
Job requirments:
Experience: At least 3 years of full- time work experience as AI research and engineer .
Education: A postgraduate degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Strong understanding of deep learning techniques and models, particularly in natural language processing (NLP), including embeddings and large language models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with big data stacks like Hadoop or Apache Spark.
- Experience with natural language processing and image processing techniques.
- Extensive experience in building and deploying NLP solutions such as chatbots and retrieval- augmented generation (RAG) question- answering systems.
Database and Systems Knowledge:
- Knowledge of enterprise search technologies and recommendation systems.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
