Air Freight Manager

Develop and execute sales effective based on market status and trend to reach good performance.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly sales reporting Directors
Coordinate to ensure our service commitments fulfilled and meeting customers&039; requirements.
Manage Air team to integrate service products for business and development.

GP to Budget Achievement : 15%
Customer development/new clients/ new market: 10%
Bad debt case: 5%

AR collection

Internal documentation process: 20%:

Docs should be issued correctly: 5%
File must be completed before deadline: 10%
Update the rate, schedule, information from airlines on time & exactly: 5%

. Take care Internal & External customers: 10%

Support others BUs to provide the best service to the customers
Take care customer careful & satisfy the customer requests
Follow the customer KPIs and SOPs
Work closely with others BUs to get the full information to handle the shipment

Working for Logistic, Transportation, Express …is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 5 years’ experiences in the same role
Flexible, hands- on, able to work under pressure, detail- oriented with strong analytical and problem- solving skill, can meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Independent, strong leadership, team spirit, highly adaptable, good self starter
Good understanding and experience in air freight consolidations, airline operations, airport operations.
