We are seeking a dynamic and results- driven professional to lead our Air Freight Sales team as the Air Freight Sales Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing air freight sales strategies, managing a sales team, and driving revenue growth

Responsibilities:

Set clear sales targets and carry out sales activity to achieve them
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for air freight sales, aligning with overall business goals
Identify market opportunities and tailor dedicated solution
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth service delivery
Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the Air Freight Sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports to track team performance against targets

University degree preferably in Foreign Trade, Economics, Management Administration, Aviation
At least four (04) years of work experience in the field of cargo aviation
Fluency in speaking and writing English
Your available customers / forwarders&039; relationship … data is is an advantage
Basic knowledge of aviation, basic goods, dangerous goods, aviation security management skills, safety management system
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently or teamwork
