Air Operation Executive (Freight FWD) - URGENTLY

- Handle Air freight operations for both export and import cargo.
- Coordinate closely with airlines, customs, warehouses, trucking companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely cargo handling.
- Sending Pre- Alert to the agent, bill of lading to customer after goods are delivered to the warehouse.
- Taking the bookings from Airline&039;s systems and release the booking confirmation to vendors/customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Tracking and tracing the cargo and domestic trucking status to ensure timely delivery.
- Issuing AWB/HAWB from Airline&039;s systems
- Declare the shipment information on the airline&039;s system.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues throughout the Airlines process.
- Other task required by the superiors.
- Checking SOA, payment to vendors, costing, and document filing.

- Excellent in communication skill, negotiation skill and problem- solving skill.
- Bachelor&039;s degree of University graduate preferred with Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
- Good at English, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Well organized and detailed, be able to work under high pressure.
- Having experience in Logistics, Forwarding, Supply chain is preferred.
