Air Planner (Procurement & Pricing)

- To trouble shoot and resolve any operations issues
- Maintain / Update: Carrier rate / quotation and have procedure in place to ensure requirement is meet
- Provide guidance to team of handling shipment rejected / offloading / claims / disputes cases and feedback to supervisor, manager or to the respective department for follow up and/or corrective action.
- Liaise with co-loader
- Communicate any operations instructions to the team
- Create and maintain a cordial business relationship with carrier operations and sales staff through regular feedback - and communication
- Ensuring all shipment plan or loaded as per required
- Ad-hocs rates submission
- Maintenance of rates in internal system (e2k)
- Transshipment report
- Ensuring customer report are sent daily / monthly
- Rates compilation
- Update monthly allocation

- 1-2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply; training will be provided. Previous internship in transportation & logistics companies or in customer service function will be a plus.
- Able to work under pressure
- Diligent, detail oriented
- Able to communicate in English
