The Air Pricing Supervisor is responsible for supporting and sharing relevant information with the Operation team, supporting direct Superiors on Air Marketing Survey, and cooperating with the Assistant Manager- Pricing on Pricing for Tender, RFQ, Project, etc. Besides, he/she will make related reports as required.► Air Marketing survey• Research competitors’ main customers, and partner carriers.• Prepare Air supplementary process, marketing tools, flight matrix, and tariff rate. • Provide permanent input on the global Air market situation and windows of opportunities. Assess current and evolving business models in the marketplace affecting the global Air business.• Conduct periodic market studies to fully understand the existing market situation affecting business, and drive sales activities according to market realities monthly. • Provide marketing information in support of sales activities as PPT.• Periodical review of existing products and explore new products that can contribute to business enhancement.• Provide promotional material at periodic intervals for product development, especially new services, or solutions such as PPT. • Making sales material to our advantage for customers (Tender team of SEOHQ, CSM, and CA/CAC/RSM).• Combine market information and send it to related departments.► Pricing for Tender, RFQ & project• Research, and analyze the RFI, RFQ, and tender terms & conditions to report to the Air Product Head, General Manager, and Sales.• Survey, Predeal Air cost, and capacity for Tender, RFQ.• Cost Advantage Analysis.• Support the Tender Management team with strategic pricing for RFQs.• Support the sales team with high- volume spot quotations.• Negotiate Air and services with airlines to make the Air pricing efficient.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers.• Set and plan strategic measures/policies to ascertain where costs/rates are competitive when working for tender, RFQ, and ad hoc projects.• Record the RFQ history with buying rate, selling rate, and conditions and analyze the reason for winning and losing for the next RFQ.• Establish, develop, and grow relationships with other offices/ stations within the KWE network, particularly those of destination countries.• Input inquiry (RFQ, etc.) quoted by the Pricing division into CRM.• Record the bidding status (win, loss, pending, etc.) to analyze and make a better strategy for the next bidding.► Operation Guidance• Support & share the RFI, RFQ terms & conditions to Operation.• Make flight matrix, capacity plan, tariff rate, etc.► Reporting• Make reports to Pricing Assistant Manager/ Manager, APH, GM.• Support Sales, Operation, and Procurement to make the relative reports of Air.
