To immediately respond to fire alarm or other emergency such as bomb threat, robbery, storm, etc.
Support HRM in other staff activities
To conduct training for new Fusionista.
To greet all guests in a courteous and helpful manner and provide a unique personalized service by attempting to learn and use the guest name at every opportunity.
To be fully familiar with all products, programmes and promotions.
Process and control sick leave, annual leave, maternity leave and other leave applications.
Supervises filing of payroll reports
Follow up with guests stay and ensure good quality of the service and guests experience.
Be familiar with Standard Service Procedure.
Make sure the figure on Cadena system is accurate and updated for salary calculation and for any other HR reports
To handle group arrivals and make sure everything is in the right order.
To make sure that the daily Courtesy Calls are properly done, priority is given to the above special attention guest.
Ensure room reservations are allocated properly to maximize room revenue and avoid any unnecessary booking denials.
To be fully knowledgeable of the Standards Service Procedure.
To control overbooking at the acceptable condition and ratio.
To handle the registration and the rooming of VIPs.
Supervises filing pay slips
Controls and updates the annual leave and compensation leave balance to relevant HODs on a monthly basic.
Implement new departmental policies and procedures as determined by management.
To obtain as many as possible guest feedback and ensure quality of the service.
Makes sure all of the supported documentation for payroll is recorded and able to track anytime
To make sure the performance of the hotel lobby is always on the top conditions.
Prepares all input for payroll run
To attend Front Office briefing according to the working schedule.
Always be well groomed at all time.
Prepare monthly time attendance record for employees’ month end payroll cut off.
To maintain good performance of lobby area.
Upon check- in ensure that the VIP, Corporate Guest and Return Guest fill in the registration card completely and legibly and that the room type and rate specified is in the right order. In case of walk- in guest, the room will be sold at highest possible rate.
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Double check the preparation of VIP, Rack Rate, Corporate Account and groups.
Performs payroll processing and month end closing of payroll
After rooming the guest, ensure that the registration details are at once entered accurately into the system.
Always be available to handily guest request or complaint.

Participates into the job fair
Attracts and help to select the right and qualified candidates for position vacancies
Is responsible for candidate reference check for level 6- 7
Provides professional support and advice on recruitment process
Greets, welcomes candidates & receives their applications in a friendly manner.

TRAINING:

Support HRM in some training activities as per request

COMPENSATIONS AND BENEFITS:

Makes sure all staffs are register for Social Insurance on time, health Insurance cards are updated accurately and on time.
Gives clear instruction about workmen insurance and clamming procedures to employees. Makes sure the clamming deadline is strictly respected
Follows up with Finance to make sure the payment for Social Insurance is done on time and accurately.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:

Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations
Conduct inspection in employees’ locker to make sure security standard & Hotel regulation are strictly followed on a monthly basic.
Regularly walks around the Resort to observe the performance level of employees in term of grooming standard.
Controls the staff locker, nametag, shoes, uniform
