[ALDO Ha Noi] Visual Merchandise Executive

Job Summary: Responsible for controlling supplier cost and execution of graphics installation in all stores to enhance the image and and merchandise of the brand. Responsible for Point of Purchase (POP) suppliers and quality and timeline for Visual Merchandise (VM) projects execution. Supports HOS/VM leader in all essential duties and responsibilities necessary for the efficient operations of the business.
Visual Merchandising Planning

Work closely with brand principal and MKT Team on installation schedule & process of execution.
Manage VM budgets and ensure that all productions are executed within budget constraints.
Participate in VM workshops monthly for specific stores to improve VM standards of the store team.
Work with suppliers to ensure quality and timely production of graphics in- store.

In- store Visual Merchandising

Responsible for VM tool management, ensuring all stores have the right VM tools.
Conduct 3- 4 weekly store visits with VM Store Visit reports submitted to evaluate store POP and VM tool conditions to ensure the stores follow brand standards.

Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio.
Strong problem- solving and negotiation skills.
Basic in English (writing and speaking) and MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
