[Aldo] Marketplace Specialist (Manage Lazada, Tiktok)

Marketplace Management:

Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns tailored for Lazada and Tiktok.
Manage and optimize product listings on Lazada and Tiktok to maximize visibility and sales.
Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Ensure all product information, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date.

Affiliate Program Management:

Create and distribute marketing materials and resources for affiliates.
Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners to expand the program.
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns, making data- driven recommendations for improvement.
Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic and sales.
Monitor affiliate performance, provide support, and ensure compliance with program policies.

Collaboration & Communication:

Align with Shopee account managers and other external partners to enhance our marketplace presence and resolve any issues.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketplace and affiliate activities with overall business goals.

Required Qualification

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.
Proven experience in managing e- commerce marketplaces, preferably on Lazada and Tiktok.

Preferred Qualification

Proficient in using e- commerce and marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
