Visual Merchandising & Store Execution:
Adapt global VM direction to local needs while protecting global brand standards.
Ensure store teams execute visual standards consistently and accurately.
Conduct regular store visits to audit VM execution and identify improvement areas.
Lead the implementation of VM guidelines for seasonal floorsets, campaigns, and weekly updates across all ALDO stores.
Assortment Planning:
Blends Plitting the Big Number dollars into department sales dollars. That is to determine our sales budget by department/class.
Finishing a properly assorted file, that ensures enough selection without overstocking and strikes the right balance between breadth (number of styles) and depth (quantity of each style), to provide the right merchandise flow.
Product Presentation & Commercial Alignment:
Strategically place hero products, trend stories, NOOS, and key drivers to maximize sell- through.
Monitor stock levels and partner with Operations to adjust displays based on commercial performance.
Collaborate closely with Merchandising/Buying team to understand product strategies, key stories, and seasonal priorities.
Campaign Execution:
Ensure campaign windows, in- store communication, and POS materials are implemented on time and aligned with global branding.
Plan and execute visual displays for new arrivals, campaigns, and commercial events (Black Friday, holidays, sale periods).
VM Guidelines & Training:
Conduct VM training, coaching, and refreshers for store staff and supervisors to maintain execution consistency.
Develop and update VM guidelines, checklists, and training materials for store teams.
Work with the VM Manager to elevate in- store talent and ensure store leaders can independently maintain standards.
Cross- Functional Coordination:
Provide VM inputs for store layout planning, new store openings, renovations, and fixture requirements.
Work closely with Merchandising, Marketing and Sales & Ops to align visual execution with brand and business priorities.
Performance Monitoring:
Track visual execution quality through reports and photo reviews.
Identify VM opportunities to drive conversion, AOV, and sell- through.
Provide actionable insights to enhance customer flow, zoning, and merchandise presentation.
