Alliance
Research on potential alliance companies and market situation
- Suggest prospective companies for alliances
- Research of potential alliance companies listed and research of relevant markets, etc.
Making various materials & documents
- Preparation of internal materials aimed at getting approval from the Alliance Manager/Corporate Planning manager and The directors team, etc.
- Proposal materials to alliance candidate companies
Support to negotiate with alliance candidate companies
- Proceed with the projects by collaborating with other departments,
- Collect and formalize all conditions/terms and make the contract,
Investment
In the case of large-scale projects, due diligence supporting is implemented involving internal and external stakeholders
Assist Alliance/Investment team to collect and ensure data in data warehouse accurate, useful, insightful and actionable.
Do market, economics research to support investment ideas or make forecast on potential investment
Assist team to report and analyze on new investment performance.

・Good at English, especially reading & writing
・The person has data analysis and document preparation ability and logical thinking with Excel & Powerpoint
・Time management skills
・Having working experience in Financial/Investment company or accountant used to help business owner make business plan and financial projections is a BIG PLUS.
・Excellent communications and interpersonal skill
・University degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus
・Attention to detail
・Have logical thinking
